AMA Construction & Real Estate LLC was established in 1995 as an internal construction company to assist its group of parenting companies, known as AMIDI Real Estate Group, with their contraction needs relating to their properties within Sothern California. While during its earlier years the Company focused on internal construction, staring in 1999, after gaining the necessary experience and financial capability to handle new developments, the Company initiated its first investments in new development projects in various counties in Southern California including, Ventura, Los Angeles and San Diego County. As the Company has grown in both areas of Real Estate and Business Development, it has now expanded its construction projects through its subsidiaries MacroCons, AMANIK, ATA Real Estate Construction and A & MJ Construction and Real Estate Investment.
